Designer crush: Jenn Feldman Designs
Friday, 14 October 2016
Happy Friday everybody! I am off to Paris later today but before I go I wanted to share few inspiring pictures of my latest designer crush Jenn Feldman. She is an LA based interior designer but I think her projects can inspire and be translated into any location, from London to NY!
I've chosen my favourite bits of her portfolio but there is many more pictures on her website and you can follow her on insta! I just love love love the spaces below, anything from window treatment to lighting and how she styles accessories for the "shelfies" is just beautiful! Mix of textures, patterns and colours, right up my alley! xx

Tribecca residence by Ryan Korban
Wednesday, 25 May 2016
Ryan Korban is definitely in my top 10 favourite designers, I think everything he does is just brilliant and innovative and I love his signature bold, seductive look. This time he brings us this beautiful residence in Tribecca, a monochrome heaven with pops of brass. The only pop of colour in her are the flowers, the rest is black and white but so far far away from boring. Fur, animal prints, leather, mirrors and fabric all play together to create a perfect harmony of textures. Isn't this place just amazing? I am lusting after his book as well, any of you have it? x
Loving right now: Glam textures
Wednesday, 20 January 2016
There is no better way to spicy thing up a bit in a room but by adding a little texture. I love open, bright spaces but I am also drawn to darker, moody rooms with mysterious, sexy vibes.
Fur and textured leather can be great if you want to add just a little texture or you can go all in with a animal print wallpaper. I would personally love this look for a small bedroom or a powder room, maximum effect in a minimal space! Would you dare??

DARK BEDROOM WALLS 101
Monday, 27 April 2015
If I had a guest room I would love to go bold with it and paint the walls dark/black. I don't know why the guest room, I guess because it's a room to go a little crazy with and make an impression on your invités without committing to dark walls in your own bedroom.
Black walls can be 100% amazing or be a total disaster as they won't reflect the light so here are few things to consider if you thinking of going dark!
1. The size of the room
You might think bigger room will accommodate the dark walls better but it is not always the case.
It's easier to create a dramatic effect in a smaller space, bigger room can look oppressing and might be more difficult to keep it looking lively.
2. Light
Black walls will absorb the light, make sure you have extra artificial light like bedside and floor lamps to keep the room cozy.
3. Accessories
Black walls will look great with metallic surfaces, pastels, white, patterns. You will need to make sure the decor flows through the room and the accessories add life and light so it doesn't look dull and sad.
Here are some great examples of dark room that works!
Black & Gold at home
Wednesday, 18 February 2015
I think we'll all agree - nobody likes drama unless it's put into pretty accents for home! I am a big fan of dark accents for home, I think it has to do with the fact that I am also a big Ryan Korban's fan. I found some beautiful home accessories for you, they would look great in a home office or a bedroom, especially on a dark wall background!

BLACK BEDROOM GLAM
Monday, 9 February 2015
Black is probably not the first color that comes to mind when you think of a bedroom but I think the darker combo looks fabulous! Dark furniture frames look great both on neutral and dark walls and are great pared with vintage rugs. I put together a black, masculin/feminin bedroom with metallic accents and textured cushions! I love that look! Would you like a dark bedroom or you'd rather stick with light color scheme? x
