I have to say that this is one of the most unusual cottage/country houses I have ever seen.
Hidden somewhere in Connecticut, US, this precious belongs to Samantha Knapp, TV reporter turned decorator in her parents Interior Design company Tiger Lily's.
Eclectic is a work but it doesn't quiet reflect the style of the house. Samantha managed to keep the rustic, country like feeling of the place.
I admire her courage in using different colors, prints and styles, that proves and risk is worth taking!
The whole house tour available here.
Do you like it? Or do you prefer more traditional country house style?

Ok, I think I just found my favorite interior designer EVER! Please meet Angie Hranovsky!!
I can't believe how beautiful the interiors she designs are. I came across the pictures of her own apartment in Charleston (South Carolina)  in Lonny Magazine and I fell in love!
It's incredible how she can matches colors, styles and patterns and make everything look so perfect!
I love everything (EVERYTHING) about this space, it's so feminine and eclectic with a little quirky touch.
Oh, I just love it, take a look. (And you have to check her portfolio as well!!!)
