I think we'll all agree - nobody likes drama unless it's put into pretty accents for home! I am a big fan of dark accents for home, I think it has to do with the fact that I am also a big Ryan Korban's fan. I found some beautiful home accessories for you, they would look great in a home office or a bedroom, especially on a dark wall background!

I've discovered this amazing London base company called Birgit Israel and I just fell in love in what they do! They carry a selection of consoles and desks, brass lamps, unique side tables and accessories, vintage items and much more. I love love love the sleek finishes and luxury materials they use, high polish surfaces and modern shapes. The collection looks oh so sophisticated and glamorous. And they do bespoke sizes!!

I love mid-century Californian spaces, they are colourful, vibrant and fun.
This one belongs to Claire, the girl behind The Kitchy Kitchen blog. Her home is very bright and full of light and filled with beautiful wooden mid-century furniture and mixed with colourful accessories and textures, creating sophisticated but relaxed space. Her kitchen is amazing, all white with gold accents, really beautiful!

If you don't know Ryan Korban yet, you just HAVE to see his work! He is an interior design genius. Seriously, I just can't get enough of his sexy, sleek sophisticated style. The list of his clients include top Hollywood celebrities like James Franko and models Julia Stegner and Jessica Stam. He also designed the NYC Alexander Wang's apartment and the flagship store in Manhattan. I cannot wait to see more of his projects, definitely a one to watch if you are into design at all!! And as his design mantra is sex, romance and fantasy I bet we will see more amazing spaces in the future!!

From traditional, dark colored living room to a fabulous, bright and bold space, I love it! I think I have a slight brass/pink in mid-century spaces addiction as well. Oh well.

It's no news that brass is a big trend in interior design at the moment and I absolutely and totally embrace it. It's such a chic and glamours finish and so easy to incorporate in any space!
I put together a collection of my favorite brass table lamps today, they would be perfect for a side table or a desk in the office!
