Design discovery: Swoon editions
Tuesday, 1 November 2016
Have you guys heard of Swoon Editions? You might have seen their ads on the tube if you live in London. I have so I went and checked their website and I found some real gems! The prices are affordable and definitely competitive and the designs they propose are on trend and very chic! I fell in love with their drink trolleys, especially this one in white marble and brass but they have anything from sofas to rugs. The stocks are limited on some items which makes sense as it's not a huge company and they offer free delivery inside the UK which is a big plus! They don't have a showroom as they sell all of their items online, I wonder if any of you bought anything from them before?
I would love to know and hear your feedback! Below a round up of my favourite pieces so far!
5 items you would't believe are IKEA
Monday, 31 October 2016
Hi guys, I hope you had a nice Halloween weekend! I spent most of it at home, well at least during the day, working on a couple of projects that I hope to share with you soon ( stay tuned for a giveaway on Instagram this week) and just enjoying the quiet time in. It is such a luxury those days to just be home and have time to reload, life has been so hectic recently and it will probably stay that way all the way up till Christmas! Anyways, I've been working on my bedroom makeover for a while, it's coming together now so I can't wait for it to be finished! In the meantime I thought I'd share few of my favorite Ikea hacks in beautiful spaces that you can be inspired by without thinking of robbing a bank. I love how creative those ideas are and how amazing they look, you would never guess this stuff is Ikea!

Fall candles
Monday, 28 September 2015
We have a beautiful Indian summer in London this year but the days get colder and it will soon be "cozy up at home is a best part of the day" time. And a part of cozing up is lighting beautiful and wonderfully smelling candles. I found some pretty cute ones and on the budget as well, they will do a great job setting the ambiance and decorate in the same time.

My favorite concealers
Wednesday, 9 September 2015
I thought I will put a selection of my favorite concealers for you guys, the ones on the budget and a bit more expensive but that really do the job. I am always trying to cover the dark circles under my eyes, for me it's as much as a routine as brushing my teeth so I need the concealers to be really covering but also long lasting; I have tried a lot of them and here are my favorite ones.
Stylish sofas under £1500
Sunday, 24 May 2015
There are so many sofas out there on the market, unfortunately if you need a sofa on a budget, there is not much to chose from if you don't want to go to Ikea. Most of the cheap sofas are "over-designed", bulky in the shape and lack style dramatically, not to mention they actually look super cheap. The situation is not hopeless though, I have found few sofas on the budget that are stylish, elegant and will actually work in the room and not only be there as a temporary seating. Made.com is actually great for affordable furniture, you can get great deals there. Also loaf, even though a little more expensive and more traditional in style. Which one is your favorite??

IKEA smart
Wednesday, 30 October 2013
Hi you guys,
After few months of hesitating if moving from our east London house or stay, we decided to stay! Looking for a flat in London can be a pain, especially when you have 3 flatmates and want to make everyone happy (almost impossible). The house has been rented for almost 3 years now and after few people moved in and out, we are now 4 and ready to stay. And staying mean to have some work done because the house need some serious redecorating! I am really looking forward to this as to my first before/after project and I am very excited to get going. The whole project has to be on a budget, since its a rented flat we don't want to put too much money in it. Its an extra challenge and I am ready to have some serious DIY work done and I have to say PINTEREST is my best friend now. I also spend way TOO much time on IKEA website while searching for affordable pieces of furniture. We have some at home already and I can't wait to get my hands on them! I found so many great ideas while digging the blogs and want to share my favs with you!I will definitely try to do some soon so hope you will stay with me :)
I will also redo my sister's and mine bedrooms so I am extra excited about that as well!!
